Do you guarantee your products?

Yes, we offer a many years satisfaction guarantee on all the butterflies.
All the butterflies are preserved so you can keep them as long as you wish.
However, please follow this information:
1. Do not keep them under direct sunlight, the beautiful colour of butterflies` wings can become pale.
2. Do not shake displays.
If you are unhappy with your order you can return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please e-mail us for return.

Where do you get your butterflies?

Almost all the butterflies are raised on special farms in tropical countries and then legally obtained from enthomological suppliers.

When can I get my order? Can I get a butterfly faster?

If the ordered butterfly in a stock, we ship your order immediately after your payment has received.
If the order should be prepaired please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.
If you want to get your order as fast as possible (by Express mail, for example) please let us know and we`ll calculate the additional pay.
